2008 Heritage Golden Eagle

(Serial No.Y20908) Excellent condition, made in USA. Heritage was founded in the old Gibson factory, and this guitar shows that the archtop magic is still in Kalamazoo. Beautiful blonde 17 inch archtop with a cutaway, fully bound, highly flamed solid maple back, sides and neck, carved solid spruce top, ebony fretboard with a 1 11/16 inch nut, ebony bridge, pearl cloud fretboard inlays, truss rod cover and peghead inlay and logo, 25.5 inch scale, gold hardware incluing the Grover Imperial tuners, and a matching maple bound pickguard with a volume control mounted. The neck was customed ordered with a big beefy 1950s style Gibson neck. Frets are good, the neck is straight and the neck set is fine. The original floating pickup is in the case. A Fralin Noiseless P-90 was fitted into the body at the bridge position. Has both the original body mounted output jack (not used) and an endpin jack. Has a punchy, vibrant and loud tone, It nails the jazz sound you are looking for. Could probably double as a rockabilly guitar if you add a tone control. Very clean guitar - shows almost no playing wear. Comes with the original Heritage hardshell case.
