(Serial No. 1674713) Excellent plus condition. If you look closely you can see a few indications that this guitar was used to make music, but its a really clean one-owner guitar. This is one of the classic bluegrass guitars with mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top, scalloped braces, traditional dovetail neck joint, nickle open back tuners with butterbean tuners, and an ebony fretboard and bridge. The nut is 1 3/4 inch. The neck was just reset and the guitar was set up by luthier Jack Dillen, so the action is low and comfortable and will be for some time. The guitar sounds fantastic, with the crispness of the mahogany body and, of course, the big tight focused bass response. This is great playing, great sounding guitar that will drive your music. Comes with the original Martin hardshell case.
