1917 Gibson A Mandolin

(Serial No. 34573) Excellent condition. Nice sounding and playing session mandolin. Natural finish top that has aged to pumpkin color and a reddish back and sides. No peghead logo as per factory, top bound only, unbound back, and it has the original Gibson label inside. Finish and hardware are original. Shows a little wear on the back and the neck and and the usual nicks and dings of a mandolin used to make music for 90 years. Big open woody round hole sound. Comes with a newer hardshell case.
