1925 Martin Style B Mandolin

(Serial Number #11964) Excellent condition. This is the early style cutout peghead with the Martin stamp embossed on the back and no decal on the front. Spectacular grained dark chocolate colored Brazilian rosewood back and sides, spruce top, herringbone rosette and back strip, and an ebony fingerboard with slotted diamond inlays. Good neck and frets, plays nice with a low action but still has plenty of volume. Great for old-time, Celtic, or jazz. Nice tortoiseshell binding and pickguard. Original tuners and a Style A unengraved tailpiece. Comes with hard case.
