1941 Gibson L00 Guitar
(Factory Order No. EG3325) Excellent playing condition. Nice guitar with all original finish showing some playing wear and one repair on the bottom edge. Has a mahogany back and sides, x-braced spruce top with sunburst finish, firestripe pickguard that follows the body contour, bound top and back, original ebony 1 11/16 inch nut on the chunky v profile neck, small straight bridge, bound top and back, and a silkscreened white script Gibson logo in the peghead. The bridge and few braces were reglued, and there is some kind of clamp mark between the fretboard and the soundhole. The frets were dressed and the guitar was set up by by luthier Richie Dotson here in town. The guitar is all solid and in good structural condition now. The tuners are the original 3 on a plate Klusons with original translucent amber buttons. They work very well. Shows typical playing wear. Frets are good and the neck is straight. Perfect for ragtime and fingerstyle blues playing. It's ready to go - all it needs is your fingers on the strings! Comes with a newer rigid foam case.
