1946 Gibson LG2 Guitar
(Serial Number: none) Excellent example of Gibson's most popular post war small body flat-top guitar model. Has the original sunburst top finish and dark back and sides. Mahogany back and sides and a X-braced spruce top, the small tortoise pattern pickguard, tapered headstock, small rectangle bridge, single bound top and single bound back, and the gold Gibson script peghead logo. It has the larger neck profile of the banner era guitars. The open back strip Kluson tuners are original and work well. No repairs noted. Great sounding guitar with a nice low action, as the guitar was just set up by luthier. Replaced endpin. Completely solid and a great playing and sounding guitar. Comes with the original gator print cardboard case.
