1951 Eddie Alkire E Harp Lap Steel
(Serial No. X36788) Excellent plus condition. Eddie
Alkire, from Easton PA was a true American entrepreneur, inventor, and
musician. He developed his "Complete Technic and Chord Method " in
order to provide "Technical velocity and four-part harmony" on a ten
string non pedal guitar, pre-dating the introduction of pedals,
manufactured under agreement by Valco. This one is very clean and all
original, including the intact raised pickguard thats usually cracked.
The pickup and controls work fine. Comes with the
original tweed hardshell case.
