1953 Gibson LG2 3/4 Guitar
(Serial No. 331Y) Excellent condition. Gibson's original travel guitar. Body is 12 3/4 inches wide with a 22 3/4 inch scale and 1 1/2 inch nut. Spruce top with straight across ladder bracing, sunburst top finish and natural finished mahogany back and sides. Also has a teardrop guard, small rectangle bridge, triple bound top and single bound back, and gold Gibson peghead logo. Strap button added at the heel. Has a nice low action, as the neck was just reset by luthier David Sheppard. Completely solid and a great playing and sounding guitar. Comes with a newer hard case.
