1956 Martin 00-17 Guitar
(Serial No. 148491) Excellent condition. All mahogany body including the top gives these guitars a warm rich sound perfect for blues and fingerstyle. Has the original ebony 1 11/16 inch nut. Peghead overlay, bridge and and fingerboard are Brazilian rosewood with a gold Martin script logo in the peghead. Nice easy action as the neck was just reset, the frets dressed and the guitar was set up beautifully. Shows some minor player wear with a few nicks, dings and pickwear. No cracks which is unusual for a 55 year old mahogany guitar. No repairs evident other than possibly a reglued bridge. Comes with a newer hard shell case.
