1959 Martin 0-18 Guitar

(Serial No. 169453) Excellent condition. These are great guitars for just sitting on the couch and picking. Very comfortable to hold and play as the lower bout is only about 13 inches. It has a sweet voice with lovely warmth and a long sustain. The guitar plays extremely well with a good neck angle and excellent original frets. All original finish with a mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top, tortoise binding, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and full height bridge, original pick guard and tuners, and a decal logo. Fitted with a K&K pickup on the bridgeplate and an endpin jack. There is one repaired mic stand injury on the bass side, otherwise its a crack free guitar. Shows a few very minor nicks and dings from playing, but overall this is a clean guitar. Just set up by my luthier. Has a full length 25 inch scale, a 1 11/16 inch nut, and an original long saddle bridge with a maple bridgeplate. This must have been an export guitar, as it has Made in USA stamped on the back of the peghead. Great sounding box with a nice low action. Comes with a newer hardshell case.
