1966 Guild Bluegrass F-47 Guitar

(Serial No. AK168) Excellent condition. Heres one you do not see everyday, just out of a private collection. This is a 16 inch dreadnaught guitar with a narrow waist, solid mahogany back and sides, solid Sitka spruce top, and a rosewood fretboard with large pearl blocks. The bridge is rosewood as well. The peghead sports both the pearl Guild logo and the Chesterfield inlay used on their higher end guitars. Nut is 1 11/16 inch and scale is 25 1/2 inch. This is a very nice sounding and playing guitar with strong tone and an easy action. It also has the coolest tuners (Kolb Masterclass) I have seen on a guitar, and these are original. Click here for a video clip of this guitar as played by Ed Wright of Brandon FL. Comes with a well-fitting (original?) hard shell case.
