1967 Martin D18 Guitar
(Serial No. 222361) Excellent minus condition. If
you are looking for a festival or campground warrior this is your
guitar. It has the classic Martin D18 features with a solid mahogany
back and sides and a solid
Sitka spruce top, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and bridge, and the
correct Patent Applied For Grover tuners.
Original finish and hardware. Has a few nicks and dings and but
overall a clean guitar. Neck was just
reset and the guitar set up by luthier David Sheppard. It plays great
with a nice low action.
Has a repaired pickguard crack and a filled jack hole in the lower
treble side. Must have had an oversize guard at one time as you can see
the shadow on the top. Black binding and pickguard. Still has the small
maple bridge plate. Good powerful guitar that can really drive your
sound. This
is an excellent sounding D18. Comes with a 70s Martin molded hardshell
case missing the logo plate.
