(Serial No. 233487) Excellent plus condition. This is the classic Martin D-18 - solid mahogany back and sides and a solid spruce top, black pickguard and binding. Tuners are the correct Grovers marked Patent Applied For. Has a few nicks and dings and a small spot of thumb wear on the side of the neck but overall a clean guitar. Neck is straight, neck set is fine and it plays great with a nice low action. No cracks or other repairs. Black binding and pickguard but still has the small maple bridge plate. Has a very pretty strip of sapwood in the Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. This one has that solid Martin "boom" you need in a good bluegrass guitar. Plays very easy with a nice low action. This is an excellent sounding D-18. Comes with a newer hardshell case.
