1972 Fender Telecaster Thinline Guitar

(Serial No. 370551) Excellent minus condition. This is the classic Telecaster natural ash finish with double humbuckers and a maple neck. Has the transition logo with two patent numbers and a single string tree on the peghead. Neck is dead straight with a nice and slightly chunky "B" profile. Good rock and roll or Americana roots music guitar. Original hardware and electronics, with no repairs. I think the guitar was originally a color, and the color was buffed off to natural. Weight is 7 lbs even. Shows some minor edge wear on the neck and some picking wear on the face of the pickguard, and few minor nicks and dings. Just set up so it plays like butter. Has an excellent sound even unplugged. Good vintage Telecasters with no changes are getting harder to find and here's a chance to get a nice one - and it sounds good, too! Comes with the original hard shell case.
