1972 Fender Telecaster Thinline Guitar
(Serial No. 354372) Very good condition, bought from the estate of the original owner. Built in California. This is the classic Telecaster Thinline in a natural finish. Has the black logo and single string tree on the peghead. Neck is dead straight with a nice and slightly chunky "B" profile. Has the original frets that have been dressed but are still playable. Completely original finish. The bridge pickup is original, the neck pickup is a recent Fender pickup. The pickguard has been changed as the original had shrunk a bit and would not line up with the screw holes. The original guard is included in the case. All other hardware and electronics are original. No routes and no structural repairs. Pictures of the electronics and body/neck stamps are available, just ask. Light weight at 7 lbs 1.6 oz. Shows some minor edge wear and scuffing, just enough to be cool. Just set up by my local luthier Marty Beeson. It plays like butter. Good 70's Telecasters are getting harder to find and here's a chance to get a nice one - and it sounds good, too! Comes with the original hardshell case.
