(Serial Number: 20-108) Near mint condition Nichols Road F5 Varnish. Luthier Bruce Clark has been making sensational mandolins since 2002. This one is no exception. Beautiful Adirondack Red Spruce top with highly figured maple back, sides and V-shaped neck. Ebony fretboard and bridge, with a nice pearl logo and peghead inlay, an engraved James tailpiece, Grover tuners and a custom ebony pickguard. Has a slightly radiused fretboard with a 1 1/8 inch nut. Finish is varnish with a French Polish overcoat. Just set up by my luthier. Has excellent volume with a deep woody chop and clear trebles.
