(No Serial No.) Excellent condition, satin lacquer finish. Very clean mandolin that looks nearly unplayed, showing almost no signs of use. This is a great sounding ukulele with the strong tone and fine craftsmanship that says Martin. It has plenty of power to cut through a jam, and it would record beautifully. This would make a wonderful old time instrument. The ukulele is set up and plays well in all positions with a nice low action. All mahogany body and neck, rosewood bridge, a flat 20 fret rosewood fretboard, a 17 inch scale length, and an original ebony 1 5-16 inch nut. The top is bound with white/tortoise shell celluloid and the back is tortoise shell only. The tuners hold tension beautifully. They may have been changed out, as there was another set of friction tuners in the case with white buttons. Both sets of tuners will come with the uke. The uke is crack free with no repairs and none needed. Comes with a nice original soft case.
